2 acceptance
The provision of the Services is subject to these Terms and Conditions
and by using this Site and/or the mobile phone platform and/or the
Services you accept this. FP reserve the right to review and revise
these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice
and, by using this Site and/or the mobile phone platform and/or Services
subsequent to any revision, you agree to be bound by such changes.

3 registration
You agree to provide such information about yourself as prompted by
the FP user profile and ensure that it is at all times true, current,
accurate and complete. FP may in its absolute discretion refuse access
to use its Site or mobile phone platform or Services.
4 security
Access to the Services will be controlled by your password (which
you will select) and user name. You are responsible for the security
and proper use of your password and user name.
You must inform us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password
and user name or of any breach of security you know.
You will be entirely liable for all activities conducted and charges
incurred under your password and user name whether authorised by you
or not.
5 the services
The Services shall be as described on this Site from time to time.

6 the price
The price for the Services is that quoted on the Site from time to
time. We reserve the right to increase the price from time to time
however we shall give you at least one months notice of such changes.
7 the payment
You will pay your phone bill to your supplier in the normal way. FP
will not try to collect monies directly from you.
8 intellectual property
All intellectual property rights related to the Services provided
on this Site are and shall remain the property of FP . All rights
in the design and arrangement of the Site, text and graphics and all
software compilations, underlying source code, and all other material
on the Site are reserved to FP or its licensors. Except as expressly
provided below, nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions or
on the Site shall be construed as conferring any license or right,
by implication, estoppel or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual
property rights.
Non-exclusive permission is granted to you to copy electronically
and to print in hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose
of you making use of the Services in the ordinary course of your business
and in the manner envisaged on the Site. Such permission is non-transferable.

10 termination
FP may terminate your access to the Services by giving you notice
in writing if you do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
FP may also in its sole discretion and at any time terminate your
password for any reason, or discontinue providing the Services, or
any part thereof, with or without notice.
11 foreign jurisdictions
The Site may contain references or cross references to services that
are not available in every country. We do not represent that the content,
materials and Services on the Site are appropriate or available for
use in all geographic locations, and accessing such from certain locations
